About Me

I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who runs an exercise physiology practice at Rozelle Total Health, Sydney, Australia. At my clinic I use exercise and lifestyle change to treat chronic illnesses and chronic injuries, as well as for weight-loss, general health and well-being. I specialise in skills to support people to self-manage and be self-motivated in their pursuit for a healthier lifestyle.

My qualifications include:
- BSc (Health & Exercise Science) with Honors, UNSW
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Exercise and Sports Science Australia Member

I have had five years experience working in the fitness industry in various roles in both personal and group training services. I have had two years experience in exercise physiology in a range of roles such as clinical exercise physiology, vocational rehabilitation, and diabetes clinics. I have had experience working with a wide range of people from young to old, of all shapes and sizes, and from all walks of life.

I also teach budding exercise physiologists at the university level, teaching them the practical skills necessary for working in the fitness and exercise physiology industries.

I am a firm believer that your lifestyle is the most important determinant of your health, and that you can take your health into your own hands through living a healthy lifestyle.
